Coffee Lovers Bloghop Day 7
I am hopping with joy today as I am one of the Flash Prize winners in the Coffee Lovers Bloghop. I was lucky enough to win a die set from Stamplorations. I think it has a coffee theme so I will have something new with which to make a card for the next Coffee Lovers Bloghop. How cool is that?
Sadly though, my creativity was equal and opposite to my level of joy at winning. Seriously, the recycle bin is overflowing with cast offs. I wanted to do a card using inspiration from a card that Kathy Racoosin did on her 30 Day Challenge today. I wanted to take her idea of mixing a coloured and a identical but neutral pattern together on a card, but at the same time make it a shaker card as well. Several tries later, I finally came up with this card.
Supplies: Jillibean Soup cardbase and shaker element, Papertrey Ink Doodle Feather coloring sheets, Prismacolor pencils and gamsol, Doodlebug sequins, Simon Says Stamp sentiment stamp, Nuvo drops, Lil Inker stitched rectangle dies
